Return & Exchange Policy

Please order carefully. Due to the delicate and fragile nature of preserved flowers and preserved floral design products, all sales of these items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For other eligible products, we accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the original delivery date.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward future purchases at Things Art Related.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial credit or refusal of the return may apply.
